Part Time Craft Cider Superstar

You will often be the first representative of our brand. So, it’s important that you’ve got top notch customer skills. This could be anywhere from tidying up to serving drinks to helping out with odd jobs around the shop. We are a small business so there is a lot of opportunity for growth if you are willing to get stuck in and it is an excellent place to begin learning about the ins and outs of Craft Cider and Wine. We do also run a variety of events so be prepared to help out at Tastings, Supper Clubs, Festivals etc. Most of our Ciders are matched to wine, craft beer and food, so if you have an interest in any of these then we would love to chat! 

About you:

  • Passionate about artisan drinks and ideally good food

  • Have an understanding of exceptional guest service, clear communications skills and ability to build a rapport with guests

  • Fun and Friendly with a hard-working attitude

  • Be able to maintain a safe, hygienic working environment and to be tidy, organised and personable.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be available for at a few shifts a week. (Primarily evenings & weekends)

  • This is not meant as a temporary or sporadic job so you must be able to work weekends and evenings.

  • Must be 18+.

  • Priority will be given to applicants with previous experience in craft beer bars, bottle shops or wine bars.

  • Ideally holding a personal license (although applicants without will still be considered)

  • Excellent at working in a both fast and slow paced environments, as well as independently and in a team.

  • Super approachable, with exceptional communication skills

Deputy Manager : Craft Cider Bar Shop & Venue

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement and drive a strategy that will contribute to the company’s commercial goals.  
Job description:
Ownership, implementation and delivery of the company’s marketing strategy
Responsibility for all areas of Digital – website, SEO & SEM, social media, advertising, blogs, mailshots etc
Management of brand positioning and contribution to pricing strategy
Updating and maintaining our website as a tool to marketing
Oversight of the planning, preparation and management of events, tastings and exhibitions/trade shows
Production of marketing/promotional materials and literature, such as web content, brochures and press releases
Write and proofread copy
Visit clients and attend trade shows and exhibitions
Prepare and distribute press releases
The role will be , busy during periods will require a flexible approach to working hours, but if you are up for a fun challenge in one of the drinks industries quickly growing areas this could be for you. 
Essential Requirements:

High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, writing HTML and using relevant design packages

Experience of implementation of product launch

Prefered requirements
B2B marketing experience.
PR /communications professional with in-house or agency experience.
An interest in wine, craft beer food or the hospitality industry would help!
