Our standard shipping fee is £7.95 for orders to the UK mainland. We use the APC for delivery. Though we cover part of the cost to keep it as low as possible,whilst these do work out slightly more expensive than other courier services – we do find they offer a better and more reliable service than others. Afterall, no one wants a damaged or missing delivery.
We can deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands for £20.95.
We aim to ship orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are received the following working day however please allow 2-3 working days in the event of an unexpected delay. Our Couriers will provide you with delivery and tracking information and options should you need to rearrange delivery. Any questions regarding your delivery please contact us.
We aim to pack in a way which balances environmental sustainability, with a reliance to be able deliver goods intact. We continually review our offering and look for your feedback.
On occasionally, an order may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling. If your delivery arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package and broken contents and we will arrange a refund or, if practical, a replacement.
If you're unhappy with your delivery, please contact us within seven working days after goods are received. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. We will refund the value of your order minus any discounts and delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
Goods remain property of Pilango Ltd until payment in full is received, and until you, the customer, takes final delivery of the goods. We do make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute goods for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In the event this needs to happen, we will always attempt to contact you prior to shipment.
